    Chairman Miley moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    “Com. Sub. for Senate Bill No. 51 - A Bill to amend and reenact §48-8-103 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the modification or termination of spousal support based upon the results of genetic testing; providing guidelines for testing; and requiring a preliminary determination as to whether genetic testing evidence should be admitted.”
